Ingredients

BBQ Sauce

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground sumac
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke

Ribs

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
Directions

In a large pot, combine all of the BBQ sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 hour, stirring regularly.

Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking dish with sides with aluminum foil.

Place the ribs on the prepared baking dish and cover with BBQ sauce, reserving some for serving. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and roast for 2 hours, until very tender. Brush with more sauce several times during the cooking process.

If you have an indoor smoker, preheat it to 200°F. Place the BBQ ribs in the smoker and smoke for 3-4 hours.
