Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 pounds Brussel sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 lemon, juiced
Directions

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

On a baking sheet, toss the Brussels sprouts with the oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Roast for 12-15 minutes, until crisp on the edges and soft in the middle.

Sprinkle with parmesan and squeeze with lemon juice immediately after removing from the oven. Toss and serve.
