Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain the pasta, return to the pot, and drizzle with olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine the roasted tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Toss the tomato sauce with the pasta in the pot.
To serve, divide the pasta and sauce between bowls. Place a half ball of burrata on top, sprinkle with pine nuts and garnish with basil, olive oil and salt to taste.
