A mix of farro, wild rice, and barley are combined with quinoa, toasted walnuts, plump raisins, dried tart cherries and cranberries to create a hearty autumnal salad. It’s lightly dressed with a blend of sherry vinegar and walnut oil with a few thin slices of radishes and a handful of arugula added for a bit of fresh crunch. It’s the perfect solution for when you want a salad on a chilly evening.

Delicious little side salad. Hearty and flavorful. Definitely on the sweet side.

Nice but small portion size

I think this came without the vinaigrette. If not, the salad was extremely dry and I did not enjoy it.

Was not fresh and not tasty
4 Stars
Very tasty, but the portion seemed a little small

Was it supposed to come with dressing? Because it didn't. It was just plain arugula, plain radish slices, and plain grains. I ended up adding my own dressing.

This is ok. It could have used more arugula to cut the sweetness of the rest of the salad. There one giant slice of radish roughly the size of the container with a couple of smaller slices of radish. Better proportions of radish might help, too.

Good, but a little sweet for me.
