Nice cornbread, but the bacon was distributed very unevenly, with lots in 1 bite, and none in several bites.

I am a lover of cornbread and this is just about the best I have ever had (after my late mother's, of course). I cannot think how it could be better. Honey butter, blueberry jam, apricot preserves all taste better with this bread.
