This quick, nourishing salad is a colossal collaboration of textures and tastes, including toothsome wheat berries and barley, flaky tuna, tender yams, creamy avocado, and pungent Japanese pickled radish. All dressed in a bright ginger vinaigrette you add to taste, of course. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

Wheat berries are a bit tough to chew. An option to pair with rice or another softer gain would be nice. Sauce taste was good, and daikon was good.

This was really. I was skeptical as I didn't recognize some of the stuff in it. It was fresh, good, and easy to make.
