At one point, pastry chef Shelkowitz had this cookie on a dessert menu as part of a selection of six different cookies. After getting so many requests for plates composed entirely of this flavor, she got the hint — this one deserves a stage of it's own. Buttery toasted macadamia nuts, and the finest white chocolate from Valrhona, plus a kick of sea salt make this chewy treat the star of the show.
