This is one of the most flavorful soups I've ever had. Tastes like a beautiful stew of greens and beans!

This was actually pretty good other than the intense amount of pepper that was present. Someone else commented about too much kale, not the case here. There was a good balance between veggies and broth. Croutons were a nice touch but got soggy quick.

Good complex flavors but overwhelmed by the kale. Perhaps more beans and a restrained use of the green stuff.
