We roast beef and slice it thin. Then we send it to you with a big bun and slices of provolone cheese. When you heat the beef, you can melt the cheese on it, too.
On the side: cole slaw (which some of us insist on layering into the sandwich itself, but others of us prefer to eat on its fresh and crunchy own) and roasted fingerling potatoes.
