Warm up our pancetta dressing made with sherry vinaigrette and diced root vegetables, then pour it over the greens so they wilt ever-so-slightly just before serving. Nice, simple salad.

The lettuce was soggy. Also, has Munchery considered compost plates for dishes like this instead of trays? I transferred the lettuce to a bowl that was too small, and that did not work out too well as the dressing ended up at the bottom.

Added some fresh raspberries to add flavor. Otherwise the salad tasted "neutral".

I loved the taste of this but the root veggies seemed to soak up all the dressing. That would be fine if there were a larger portion of veggie to lettuce ratio.
