  • Egg-free
Chewy, toothsome barley and wheat berries get tossed with crisp cucumbers, sweet tomato, crunchy walnuts, and a creamy goddess dressing before getting topped with an oven-roasted salmon fillet. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

Salmon was good. Lacking flavor with the dressing/wheat berry portion of it.

The ingredients where fresh and healthy. Seemed to lack one more flavor. The taste was on the bland side. Maybe some lime. Also there weren't enough walnuts. Double the walnuts.
