Ground pork is marinated with lemongrass, kaffir lime, and Asian spices then formed into hearty-sized meatballs and seared until browned and yummy. They're served with tender rice noodles as the base. For some fresh crunch, we've added chopped lettuce, thinly sliced red bell peppers, mint leaves, sliced jalapeño, crispy fried onions and the classic sweet-salty dressing called nước chấm (made with fresh lime juice, Vietnamese fish sauce, and a pinch of sugar). Slurping not guaranteed —but highly recommended.
