This burger reminds me of falafels. It's protein packed with quinoa and chick peas. They are pureed with a little goat cheese, garlic, cumin, parsley and oats. The burger is served on a multi grain bun with cucumbers, lettuce, tahini yogurt sauce and baked sweet potato fries.
