winter citrus salad

A light and refreshing dessert: Tahitian vanilla flavored bavarian cream (similar to a panna cotta, but lighter in texture) serves as an elegant base for a medley of lightly poached citrus, including ruby-colored Cara Cara oranges and sweet-sour kumquats. Crushed crystallized mint finishes off this dish.

I didn't really think these went together well. The cream overwhelmed the fruit. The cream was very rich but not that interesting. I love grapefruit and would like a grapefruit dessert that's lighter.

Somehow fluffy yet dense at the same time. A very satisfying dessert, and not overly sweet! Would order again.

Probably my favorite Munchery dessert!

Delicious, great balance but I think there was grapefruit in it which isn't listed in ingredients and is an issue for people on statins.

Delectable. Orange flavors are perfect and the overall desert is beautiful - and served as the perfect portion

Delicious! It was reminiscent of a Panna Cotta but somehow creamier. The tartness of the citrus fruits balanced perfectly with the sweetness of the cream. Please add a tsp or so more of the fruits because I ran out quickly!
