We think this is the true reason we love Thanksgiving: the essential post-Thanksgiving sandwiches. Be honest, you could eat these year-round, no? Our version has roasted turkey breast, sausage & apple stuffing, thinly-shaved brussels sprouts, butternut squash & cranberry mostarda, with "gravennaise" (that's an aioli made with rich turkey gravy!) on whole grain bread.
