Side dish or light dinner? Either way, Idaho potato skins are stuffed with creamy potatoes whipped with bacon, chives, and sour cream, then topped with a layer of melted cheddar cheese (we use an incredible 10-year-aged cheddar cheese that's pretty spectacular). Served with a dollop of sour cream to finish it all off!

These were mediocre at best, the potatoes were really chunky which gave it a weird texture.

Didn't love this. Tasted bland and heavy at the same time. Not worth it.
