A whole chicken leg (thigh and drumstick) gets marinated in yogurt and spices (turmeric, cumin, and coriander), which both tenderizes the chicken and gives it great flavor. Then we roast it (because we love roast chicken!) until golden brown. The side of couscous is mixed with sweet red peppers, zucchini, and fresh herbs.
