A classic Thanksgiving dinner, with just a few extra tasty touches. We hate to make people choose between white and dark meat so we include both roasted turkey breast (juicy!) and braised leg and thigh (tender!). Then we pile in the garlic mashed potatoes, apple-sausage stuffing, and a bit of orange-port cranberry relish. And gravy, don't forget the gravy.
