Inedible. I took one bite and threw it in the trash. I thought mint and cauliflower sounded weird, but weird would have been so much better.

The best cauliflower recipe ever! Mint, chili, peanut, onion--who'd a thunk? Terrific combination of tastes. Cauliflower cooked perfectly--just the right amount of crunch. And only 170 calories per serving! Will order this again and again.

Instructions say to serve at room temp. Not a fan. Warmed up the cauliflower in a sautee pan and added the toppings & sauce chilled and it was delish!
