Fresh and flaky salmon gets roasted with lemongrass. Then it’s served over tender rice noodles that are tossed with red bell peppers, slivered carrots, fresh basil leaves, and our coconut-sambal sauce. A few roasted peanuts are sprinkled over the top for crunch.

The salmon was delicious. The noodles were very bland. The sauce was disappointing when I added that to the noodles. If I order it again, I will use a different sauce to make the noodles interesting.

There was very little coconut taste in this dish. The salmon was perfectly cooked, but overly, the dish lacked flavor. Also, it lacked seasoning, which is on ongoing issue I have with a lot of dishes served by Munchery

Unbelievably tasty. This was a 'wow' Munchery. We had left overs for breakfast, it was that good!

Of the many great Thai dishes, this was a bit of a miss. Noodles not particularly memorable. Enjoyed the lemongrass flavor but salmon itself was just OK.

This was a little bland and boring, and also the peanuts were a little soggy. Disappointing.

I didn't try this but my husband did. I love Thai so will have to try this when I can have carbs. I'm watching them right now so will need to wait a bit. If yo can have more low carb or no carb options in your menu that would be great!
