This salad is one of my favorite orders from a Thai restaurant. I specifically chose salanova lettuce since the leaves are hearty enough for the minced pork. The pork is spiced with fresno chiles for the bit of heat and sprigs of mint to give this salad a fresh finish. Finish with a squeeze of lime to make the flavors pop.

Fish sauce (Anchovy, Sea Salt)
Thai chili pepper
Sambal sauce (chili, salt, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite as preservatives, xanthan gum)
