A fresh salmon fillet is marinated and grilled with our house-made teriyaki glaze. It's served with a purée of roasted kabocha and butternut squash that's been lightly seasoned with Chinese five-spice, grilled escarole, and an aioli that's spiked with togarishi, a popular Japanese chile pepper mix.
