This dish is inspired by a wonderful stew Chef Meas' mother makes in her hometown of Phnom Penh. His spin on it includes marinated beef slowly simmered with a spicy and sweet blend of Cambodian spices and herbs. It's served with a side of steamed jasmine rice and roasted vegetables. Enjoy!!
