Bright ginger, big citrus, savory soy sauce, and a chile kick are flavor fireworks next to sauteed spinach, seared, flaky fish, and rustic brown rice. Crispy onions on top give it umph! All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.
