This great dish, with many flavors and layers, gets its name from the tandoor, a cylindrical oven used in parts of Asia. Mary's chicken is marinated in a rich, complex spice mixture and grilled. The biriyani, made with basmati rice and its own complex spice profile to match the chicken, is served with cooling raita (Indian flavored yogurt) and a mango chutney. It also comes with soft pita bread so you can scoop together all the different flavor combinations! Munchery sources poultry raised without antibiotics—it’s better for the birds and it’s better for you. We’re excited to feature poultry from Mary’s Chickens in this dish.

Appeared 2 b a frozen piece of chicken with fake burn marks not tandoori, the sauce was not yogurt, watery at best. Frozen mixed veggies in the rice, Very disappointed

This dish has been one of our favorites! Tonight I didn't like the rice at all! Had an unpleasant taste and chicken very average. Will not order again. It seems the quality & taste of the food from Munchery is really getting less & less good.

The chicken just felt a bit under cooked for me. A bit well more done and it would of been great.

thoroughly enjoyed the flavors and the mango chutney. However, my rice was slightly undercooked/dry.

Lacking flavot, too much rice

The flavor and portion size were great. We've ordered Indian food from Munchery before and always love it.

Was extremely hard, dry and tasteless Did not taste as though it were cooked in a Tandoori oven whatsoever.
5 Stars
This was so yummy! Directions for heating were easy. I really enjoyed the condiments on the side, it was nice to have two different flavor options. The piece of chicken was GIGANTIC (but I still ate it all!). Would definitely order this again!

So authentic and absolutely delicious! Even microwaved, the chicken was succulent and flavorful! The Chutney is so yummy when paired with the biyirani and yogurt sauce.

This was frozen and cold.

Good flavors but rice a little dry!

First meal I didn't like, unfortunately I accidentally ordered two and now stuck with it. The chicken did not seem cooked.

Chicken was very moist, but not much tandoori flavor. Rice was flavorful, but a bit dry. The pita arrived wet, but putting it in the toaster helped. The raita was way too salty.
5 Stars
The chicken was moist and tender — I will bet you sous vide it— and very authentic to what we recently ate in India.

Not bad:-)

Really tasty. Would like more veg maybe. More raita of course.

Very good, but could have used a little more mango chutney and raita could have been thicker!
3 Stars
Chicken was very tough and rubbery.

The raita was truly horrible. It had a sharp, acidic taste that was not good and not at all like any other raita I have ever had. The rest of the dish was ok, good but not great.

Not tandoori chicken. Just grilled
