Pork is marinated for 24 hours in chili guajillo and pineapple juice. Then we put the pork on the grill and thinly slice it. Inside the taco is a spicy tomato and serrano salsa. Grilled cipollini onions and lime wedges add extra flavor. The tortillas come from a Tortilleria in Oakland.
