Garnet sweet potatoes are slow-roasted until tender and then folded into our hearty black bean stew that’s seasoned with cumin and smoked paprika in rich tomato base. We serve it with a large piece of freshly baked cornbread and some of our honey-whipped butter for you to slather on after you’ve warmed it up. For some cool crunch, our jalapeño collard green coleslaw adds some freshness. You can eat it solo or spooned over the stew.
