This attractive cherry pie captures everything we love about the versatile stone fruit in a flaky homemade pie crust. Sour cherries are slow-cooked for the pie filling, yielding a sweet, yet tart flavor profile. This serving for one goes well with a strong cup of coffee and your favorite movie on a Friday night.

Yum, yum! The most delicious cherry pie ever- and I didn't like cherry pie until now. Those are some terrific little cherries! And of course the crust is the best.

Good pie. Don't be fooled by the name though, the cherries are quite tart as well as sweet. Delicious.
