I really enjoyed this fresh, tasty salad.

Unfortunately, by refrigerating it, the salad froze and turned out slimy. Not your fault really, my room mate's frig is on over chill. Just could not comment as to freshness, when I tried to eat following day.

Tasted great, but two of my olives had pits! Watch out!

This Greek salad was fresh and delicious, what else can I say? Except maybe provide a few more Pita chips, which were also yummy. Keep on your menu!
