Piquant, brined green peppercorns add their acidic peppery bite to a rich pan sauce over seared bavette steak. Oven-roasted potatoes and creamed spinach on the side make the steakhouse experience complete. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

This was wonderful, especially the strange smashable potatoes. But the spinach was strange because the creamy sauce was weird and curdled and not very flavorful.

My husband and I enjoyed making this meal! It tasted great too! Nice contrast with the creamed spinach and steak! Reminded us of a high end dinner but much less and farm fresh meat!

This was very good, but I wish you had cooked it instead. It was hard to timely coordinate the components, so the steak got cold while the sauce was being finished and the spinach cooked.

Not impressive.... The spinach and the sauce were bland, and the potatoes were just okay.

Good taste but steak took a lot longer to cook than it said. So instead of 15 minutes for cooking, it took about 40.
