A combination of two of our favorite Munchery offerings. A classic cobb salad updated with medium-rare flank steak, tomatoes, avocados, and hard boiled eggs. It's matched with a cumin-carrot soup pureed with vegan cashew cream and garnished with pickled cucumber, red onions, and toasted pistachios.
