This is a nod to the classic spring-time salad, when the salad greens are small, crisp, and a tad sweet. We make our version of the classic Green Goddess dressing with avocado, tarragon, parsley, green onions, sour cream, and Champagne vinegar. The salad is served with shaved radishes, marinated cucumbers, and thinly sliced red onions. It's fresh, green, and perfect for warming weather.
