Fresh ahi tuna is mixed with our spicy mayo and rolled in steamed sushi rice with creamy avocado and cool cucumber sticks. The roll is sliced into perfect pieces then sprinkled with masago (that orange crunchy, rice-looking roe) on the outside. A few chopped scallions and the required soy sauce and wasabi come on the side.
