Gojuchang, a spicy Korean chili paste, is what gives this pork it’s tasty kick. It’s served with a stir-fried mix of baby bok choy and wedges of kabocha squash, a bright orange and very hearty gourd, plus a side of steamed rice. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

Really delicious and easy!

Not into this one, I found a few problems following the recipe and the sauce was simply soy sauce, which killed every other flavor in this dish. Bummer!

Great mix with spicy pork and the squash is delicious! However, the sauce for the bok choy and squash was way too salty, especially when instruction said putting an entire packet it. Other than that, it was great.

Meat was too thick, need to cut it.

Only received 3 pieces of pork vs. 4 expected on menu. Pork cooking indicated was 6 minutes which would have left the pork cold in the middle.
