Gojuchang, a spicy Korean chili paste, is what gives this pork it’s tasty kick. It’s served with a stir-fried mix of baby bok choy and wedges of kabocha squash, a bright orange and very hearty gourd, plus a side of steamed rice.
All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.
