One of chef Cubberly's favorite combinations to pair with pasta—spicy tomato sauce, fresh steamed clams, Spanish dry-cured chorizo, fresh garlic, and herbs. All served over some Bucatini pasta (that's like spaghetti with a hole in the center so it's extra saucy), and topped with a little Parmesan.
