We’re elated to say that we’ve partnered with Mile End, the Montreal-style delicatessen in Brooklyn and Noho that's home to such classics as smoked meat sandwiches, poutine, and a daily rotating variety of delectable soups. (Check next week's menu to see what we might feature next!) Today's feature: Classic Matzo Ball Soup. Chunks of tender carrots, onion, and celery swim in rich chicken broth. In the center sits an impressive matzo ball, tender yet hearty. A few fresh dill sprigs to garnish, and you've got yourself a big ol bowl of comfort food.

What People Are Saying

1 Stars
Vegetables were hard and it had an odd taste.
2 Stars
No flavor - broth needed salt and pepper. Matzah ball bland and texture was like a whole wheat version. Nothing Jewish or matzah ball about this soup.
3 Stars
It was a little to bland and the onions were chopped way to big
