Very refreshing and the flavors were just right. What I would recommend improving the heartiness of the meal, needs more substance. I was hungry 2 hours later.

I'm a meat lover but this vegetarian dish completely beat me. Perfect flavor. My only suggestion is that the mushrooms may be replaced by bean sprouts. It'll add a little more freshness to it. The kind of mushroom has a strange texture in my opinion.
