Soft boiled eggs protein-pack a crisp, healthy, and colorful salad for a satisfying (but really fast!) meal that celebrates a few of our favorite vegetables. Dive fork-deep for tender, delicate asparagus, and two kinds of peas - bright snow peas, and the herbaceous lightness of fresh pea shoot tendrils. Topped with our house French dressing, this salad is dressed to impress. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt and pepper) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner salad for two.
