The subject of BBQ can bring out some serious opinions of who does it best. Chef Garret has a soft spot for the St. Louis style of cooking ribs, which is why these pork ribs are dry-rubbed and packed with flavor rather than over-sauced and sticky. Enjoy them with a creamy potato salad and some steamed broccoli florets for a first-class picnic delivered right to your front door.

Dry and not very flavorful. Was immensely disappointed.

Absolutely delicious. Would like a bit more sauce

Prefer some veg. other than the go-to- broccoli .... Even kale would be better
4 Stars
Ribs, sauce and broccoli were delicious. Took off one star because we weren't fans of the potato salad. Would have liked more broccoli and barbecue sauce.
5 Stars
The ribs were to die for! The potatoes could have been cooked a bit longer. But a very yummy dinner indeed!
4 Stars
Rib meat was very tender and tasty - thought the potato salad was just ok, the potatoes were undercooked.
5 Stars
The potatoes in the potato salad were raw. In both orders. Usually that's my favorite side. But they weren't cooked. Ribs were great
3 Stars
The ribs were dry & BBQ sauce had too much of a tomato overtone. Broccoli was undercooked & had too much pepper in it...made it spicy. Loved the flavor of potato salad although there were quite a few potatoes that weren't cooked thoroughly.
5 Stars
Delicious -- the smoke flavor on the ribs was out of this world.

I receive like 3 broccoli florets. Maybe a bit more of the green make it feel balanced.
1 Stars
The potato salad was spoiled (on both my orders) and had to be thrown away.
5 Stars
Perfect, tender ribs & generous portions. Sides could be more traditional.

Ribs were great especially with sauce. Broc was good but I agree with other reviewer that it should have been something more traditional such as cornbread or something, even Mac n cheese

This dish was good except I would agree with another reviewer that it is awkward to have broccoli with ribs!

These ribs have the most amazing flavor and are perfectly cooked. The potato salad is wonderful!

4 stars for broccoli as a side. What are you thinking? Put a half ear of corn or corn bread with ribs!

Boyfriend had this. Potato salad is beautiful and tasty and the meat itself fell off the bone and had a lovely smoky flavor. Highly recommend to BBQ lovers.
