So disappointing. The citrus was not complimentary. The kale was too mature and un-chewable. The dressing was not quite right either. The whole thing together tasted incompatible.

My super picky husband even said 'I don't normally like this kind of thing, but you can tell this is really well done, and I actually like it.' And it avoids the one unfortunate fact about having to reheat the food, being that it's a cold salad. YUM!
