This pulled roast pork sandwich is an ode to a little shop off Esplanade that left an indelible mark on me. Slow-roasted pork with serrano chilis and garlic, is cooked on a bed of onions and thyme. It's paired with roasted onions, chili spiked mayonnaise, pickled jalapeños and crisp romaine leaves, all together in a loaf of French bread.
