Chef Reyes was inspired by the street food in Asia during his youth to create these pork belly bao. Pork belly is braised in star anise-flavored broth along with plenty of herbs. You get to stuff the pork into the soft folded buns, and add the house-made hoisin sauce, pickled cabbage, daikon and carrots as you like.
