Pan-seared Scottish salmon is encrusted with sesame seeds and an Asian spice blend. I serve it alongside parsnips mashed with honey and coconut for a sweet, satisfying flavor and French green beans. Finished with my ginger, smoked bacon and tomato compote. Enjoy!

Mashed potato did not look like mashed potato. Not enough veggies. Rest was great!

Ah, this is seriously sooooo good! I don't eat bacon so I tossed the two sauces in the trash and just ate the meal on its own. Didn't need any additional anything to be honest. The salmon is juicy and the whipped parsnips are so divine!

Salmon was too dry. Sauce and parsnip purée were both sweet...not a great match.
5 Stars
The salmon was thick and took longer than 10 minutes to heat, but once heated the meal was perfection overall. I'm definitely going to order it again. I don't make parsnips regularly, so this was a great addition to the meal.

Loved it!

Amazing salmon. Vegetables were too salty but otherwise this was a great meal.

The veggies are too salty.

The salmon was delicious. The mashed parsnips were strange to me, though I *should* have liked them. The coconut was interesting and I wanted to like it, but having never had mashed parsnips I think it was just hard to get used to.

Really enjoyed this dinner! The salmon was cooked perfectly and the side dishes were great! Only for 410 calories so it was just what I needed after a weeknight workout.

I really enjoyed this, the salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned, loved the puree, my only gripe is that the green beans were too salty

Salmon and parsnip puree was done nicely. Very light and the two went together really well. Sadly, I found the green beans to be extremely salty, which made my rating a 3/5 instead of a 5/5.

Fish is fishy and liquidity. Would not recommend.

May be the best salmon I've ever eaten-amazing flavor(even without the sauce). It awakens your taste buds! Unlike the other reviewer, I thought it was a very large portion! Someone complained about smashed potatoes but they're PARSNIP & wonderful :)

the salmon and veggies were so good. The smashed potatoes were a little funny, kind of sweet taste not my favorite

Very small portion

The sauces bring out very interesting and refreshing taste. Although the salmon was cooked nicely, the flavor itself was nothing out of ordinary. The parsnip mash was a little too sweet that, I felt like, it didn't really go well with the salmon.

Salmon was tender and not dry, perhaps a little undercooked. The green beans provided a nice crunch and were well-seasoned. The puree was a little buttery tasting for me but the parsnip falvor comes through nicely. Ingredients label missing.
