Pan-seared Scottish salmon is encrusted with sesame seeds and an Asian spice blend. I serve it alongside parsnips mashed with honey and coconut for a sweet, satisfying flavor and French green beans. Finished with my ginger, smoked bacon and tomato compote. Enjoy!
