If you're looking for a nutrient-rich bowl that will keep you energized throughout the day, look no further. Freekeh is an Arabic wheat grain with a nutty flavor, and it also happens to be loaded with fiber. Over the freekeh, I've added thinly-sliced cucumber, radish, red onion, and whole edamame beans. Salmon is seared to perfection and flaked over the salad, so just toss it all in the roasted tomato dressing for some smokiness and acidity. Get in on the newest superfood that is sure to be all the rage!

This was excellent. The salmon tasted great and surprisingly not fishy. I hope this comes back on the menu. This is a nice healthy and nutritious option.

It's impossible to say how good this was in 250 characters. What is that, a tweet? Anyway, the salmon was so fresh, my child ate it all off my plate. Sweet onion, pungent sauce, crunchy edamame. Perfect. Hats off, Chef Garrett.

Bad tasting dressing

The combination of ingredients went together very well. Everything appeared fresh, the salmon was very good and great quality dill. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of what freekeh was exactly. It looked like rice, but the texture was much different.

Loved this dish. Not a Freekeh fan though. :-)

Despite the flaked salmon looking like fancy feast cat food, this tastes really good. They should leave the salmon whole though!

My salad came with no dressing but the salad itself was good, just needed to add some lemon to make up for lack of dressing.
