We love a nice piece of seared ahi tuna. But when it’s made into a sandwich, it’s nothing short of spectacular. Ours comes with creamy avocado to slice and serve over a fresh cabbage slaw made with cilantro and sesame dressing. A little wasabi mayo slathered onto the brioche buns, and you’ve got the best fish sandwich you’ve probably ever had.
All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this scrumptious dinner for two.
Tamari Vinaigrette (tamari, canola oil, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, water, lemon juice, chili paste, garlic, cilantro)
Wasabi Mayo (Mayonnaise, water, rice vinegar, horseradish powder)
