Mushrooms and potatoes are incredibly aromatic when cooked down and make a delicious base for my tacos that are topped with peppery arugula, tangy pickled carrots & onions and a cool lime & cotija crema. Apply the smoky salsa verde to taste and enjoy!

Tho it was tasty, I won't be ordering again. Too much trouble to eat and I disliked the corn tortilla wrap. Would have preferred large flour wrapper so it could hold more food.
