This beautiful, leafy green is one of my absolute favorite things to eat. Kale is most delicious when prepared very simply: just throw it into a sizzling skillet with olive oil and garlic and top with this creamy yogurt with a hint of preserved lemon.

Bitter and uninteresting. The lemony yogurt made it edible.

Kale was too salty even with the sweet yogurt dressing. It also had a weird soy sauce kind of flavor I didn't like.

Great but my own preference would be more garlic to hide the bitterness of the Kale at times, otherwise healthy and great portion.

Probably the best kale I've eaten, but I guess it turns out I just don't like kale that much. Still the flavours (other than the kale itself) were great and I could see myself ordering this again if I feel like a healthy side.
