We've roasted a whole chicken leg that's coated in Salvadorian spices of cumin, black pepper, and paprika. It comes with traditional ranchero beans, curtido (a slaw mixture of cabbage, carrots, and onions), a serrano crema, and a masa flatbread to give you our version of a deconstructed pupusa.
