Grilled salmon is served atop a bed of sprouted brown "GABA" rice* along with edamame, sweet carrots, and pickled Persian cucumbers. You add the spicy ginger vinaigrette to taste. Note that this bowl of goodness is designed to be eaten at room temperature, so there's no need to heat it up.
