Salmon filet is marinated with fresh ginger, chives and chili flakes, roasted and served over a chilled Tabbouleh salad of quinoa, lentils and cracked wheat tossed with lemon juice, olive oil, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, italian parsley and mint. Served with arugula and a sauce made with tahini paste, harissa, yogurt, garlic and olive oil.

Super salty, nothing special. Yes you do have to heat this up. I did for 25 mins and the salmon was still a tiny underdone after.

Salmon was perfect. The dish would be greatly improved by cutting way back on the salt in Grain Tabbouleh Bowl and providing a warning that the tahini yogurt was HOT.

The tabbouleh was way too salty for me! I couldn't finish it. The salmon was delightful and a generous portion.

Loved this dish! The grains and vegtables were a wonderful combo...I used the ha rissa and tahini yogurt on the grains not on the salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly.

Salmon was great and tabbouleh was good (but maybe better with couscous rather than quinoa?) Not sure about the tahini... Maybe citrus/vinaigrette dressing could go better with the dish. We used the accompanying lemons only and skipped the tahini.

It was a beautiful combination but I would have like the salmon warm but it was still delicious.
