Instructions to serve cold. I assumed you'd warm the salmon up

Please STOP undercooking the salmon in ALL the salmon dishes!!! I like salmon medium rare but you send it close to raw!!

Salmon was perfect. The dish would be greatly improved by cutting way back on the salt in Grain Tabbouleh Bowl and providing a warning that the tahini yogurt was HOT.

The tabbouleh was way too salty for me! I couldn't finish it. The salmon was delightful and a generous portion.

Cooked to my liking, and a very healthy choice. I wouldn't change it.

Loved this dish! The grains and vegtables were a wonderful combo...I used the ha rissa and tahini yogurt on the grains not on the salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly.

Salmon was great and tabbouleh was good (but maybe better with couscous rather than quinoa?) Not sure about the tahini... Maybe citrus/vinaigrette dressing could go better with the dish. We used the accompanying lemons only and skipped the tahini.

It was a beautiful combination but I would have like the salmon warm but it was still delicious.
